In order to accommodate for the later release of these tickets, new deadlines and procedures will be set accordingly:

If you were selected, you will have until Sunday May 26th, 5pm PT to make your purchases, else you will forfeit your ticket. This is the same time that Open Sales will open for all other Meet & Greets, and is one day after general lottery claims finish.

However, instead of Open Sales, unsold Hololive/Holostars tickets will be given to other lottery participants; anyone who did not get selected in the initial picks are still eligible! We will send out a few emails to facilitate this:

• We will send a reminder email to all eligible winners on Saturday, May 25th to remind them to purchase tickets.
• We will then collect unsold tickets at Sunday May 26th, 5pm PT, pick a new slate of lottery winners, and email them to purchase tickets. This group will have until Monday, May 27th, 5pm PT (~24 hours) to purchase.
• If any are still unsold after this time, we will run the process again, giving this group an email notice and 24 hours to purchase.

Open Sales period begins Sunday, May 26th, 5pm PT

For unsold tickets for all other Meet & Greets, a first come, first served open sale period will begin on Sunday, May 26th, at 5pm PT.

Initially, only badge holders who still have not purchased a Meet & Greet ticket for a given guest will be able to purchase an open sale ticket. We will keep this restriction for 24 hours until Monday May 27th, 5pm PT.

After this, sales will be unrestricted for all badge holders, who will then be able to purchase extra tickets up to a set amount to augment their time. This window will then stay open until Wednesday, May 29th, at 5pm. At this time, online sales will close entirely and any unsold tickets will be available at the con store.

To summarize:

• Saturday, May 25th Midnight PT – deadline for general lottery winners to claim/buy their tickets
• Sunday, May 26th, 5p PT – Open Sales begin. Badge holders who do not already have a ticket may purchase one if available.
• Monday, May 27th, 5p PT – Badge holders may purchase additional tickets where available to increase their Meet & Greet time, up to an individual limit per Meet & Greet.
• Wednesday, May 29th, 5p PT – Open Sales close online. Remaining tickets must be purchased on-site at the con store.

Guest gift drop-off location

In light of demand that fans would like to drop off gifts for a guest outside of a Meet & Greet, we are facilitating drop-off hours for gifts at the con store! From the hours of 2-4pm on Friday, May 31st and Saturday, June 1st, the con store will accept gifts for guests within the convention. Please remember to label your name and your guest’s name properly for it to be properly received.

Exceptions apply to Hololive and Holostars gifts, which will not be accepted outside of the context of a Meet & Greet. Please adhere to each guest’s gift policy when dropping off your gifts.
